As part of the reforms to team scoring for 2018, you will now see an additional open team league published with results.
At this stage, because it has been introduced mid-season, it is a pilot study for the remainder of 2018.
Scoring
- Each race is scored separately.
- Each club’s total is compiled from SGP points of their top 10 men and top 10 women (any age).
- Clubs are ranked in order of points total.
- Ranking is carried through ongoing to each race.
This league will run in parallel with existing SGP team league, which is based on club performances across all age categories.
The introduction of this league is in response to suggestions from a number of clubs.
